He is preceded in passing by his parents, Robert Clarence and Shirley Ann Curley.
Kevin is survived by his children, Celeste, Robert, and Shannon Curley; their mother, Kathryn; 3 grandchildren, Maeson, Leighton, and Melissa; siblings, Dan Curley, Jack (Michelle) Curley, Mary (Kenny) Kraft, Brennan (Amy) Curley, Joan (Jeff) Czarnecki, Sue Brooks, Donna (Antwan) Ford, Paul (Gabriela) Curley, Jeanine (Dale) Curtis; many nieces and nephews, and numerous other family members and friends.
Kevin adored nature, camping, fishing, traveling, canoeing, snowmobiling, and motorcycling. He loved all animals, especially bees and butterflies, and often participated in 'No Mow May' to attract and protect them. He also had a fierce love for his dogs, who were/are almost as loyal as he was himself; & tree frogs, cows, and buffalo. But his children, grandchildren, and family, are what always brought him the most joy in life. He worked selflessly to provide everything they needed, and played tirelessly every chance he got, to make sure they all knew they were loved "like all craziness".
While he was proud of his bachelor's degree and his time at St. Thomas, he was more proud of his athletic accomplishments, like setting records with the Blaine Bengals track team. Even then, his family was always his proudest accomplishment. We will forever cherish fond memories of our annual Fourth of July trips up north, Friday night movie nights, air guitar jam sessions in the living room, annual Father's day bike rides, and cross country trips to National Parks. He was always ready for adventure, big or small, and would never turn down grilling a steak at 1am, even in the snow. His laugh was infectious, his jokes and stories were hilarious, his heart was made of gold, and he will be terribly missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
