Noel worked for the Telephone Company and through its many changes until 1995 when he retired. He was in the 101st Airborne active from 1959 to 1963. Then from 1963 to 1967 he was active reserves. He was in Okinawa and South Korea. He was a Sunday school superintendent and a Sunday school teacher. Noel loved the Lord Jesus and wanted to serve Him. He will be remembered for his love of golf and airplanes, as well as, for his artistic talents of drawing WWII airplanes.
Preceded in death by parents, Gus and Evelyn.
Noel is survived by his loving wife of 63 years and 10 months, Patricia; sons, Guy (Sandy) Nauman, Travis Nauman; daughter, Lisa (Bo) Anderson; grandchildren, Jason (Sharon), Caleb (Kelsey), Joshua (Beth), Brianna, Lena (Tony), Amber; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerry (Marlys) Nauman, Lenonard (Maryann) Nauman; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation 4-7 pm Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids.)
Funeral Service 11:00 am Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at Gospel of Grace Fellowship (2734 Rhode Island Ave. S., St. Louis Park) second visitation will be from 10:30 am until time of service.
Private entombment and military honors will be held at Morningside Memorial Gardens in Coon Rapids.
