passed away at home on December 12, 2015.
Richard was born in Park Rapids, MN on June 13, 1943 and grew up on his family's farm in Menahga, MN. Following graduation he served in the US Air Force. In 1967 he married Jean Kathleen Hult, his wife of 48 years. He worked as a printer at Minnegasco/Centerpoint Energy for 40 years before retiring. During retirement, he and Jean enjoyed traveling together. Richard also enjoyed reading, baking, birdwatching, and crossword puzzles.
Richard is preceded in death by his Wife, Jean; Parents, Ernest and Alice; and Brother, Harold.
He is survived by Children, Sheri (Kamal) Fakhreddine of Becker and Gregory (Taresa) of Ramsey; Grandchildren, Qadry, Noah, Sofia, Alyssia and Kathleen; and Sister, Jeannette Kusi of Park Rapids.
