Robert Thomas Morin

In Loving Memory of Robert Thomas Morin of Coon Rapids. Born November 5, 1929 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was the 2nd of four boys born to Dealmont and Violet Morin from Fridley, Minnesota. He was a Korean War Vet and always enjoyed talking about the time he served. He retired from Minegasco (CenterPoint), where he worked on the equipment for over 25 years. After retirement, he moved to the “cabin” on Knife Lake in Mora, Minnesota where he enjoyed many years of fishing, boating, and relaxing. He then moved to Coon Rapids, Minnesota to be closer to family until he departed this earth.

Robert was preceded in death by his Parents, Dealmont and Violet; Brothers; Sister-in-law.

Robert is survived by Sister-in-law, Lorraine Morin; 14 Nieces and Nephews; 22 Great-nieces and Nephews; 25 Great-great Nieces and Nephews, some by blood and some by marriage.

Everyone that knew Robert could attest to the fact he was “One of a Kind”. He gave and supported any that had a need. He was kind and had a big heart. Children always brought a smile to his face. He will be greatly missed.
