passed away September 12, 2014.
He was a WWII US Navy Veteran and lifetime member of VFW Post 9625 - Coon Rapids. Victor was a true family man. He enjoyed hunting & fishing, gardening & canning,
and Mystic Lake & Running Aces.
He was preceded in death by his wife, DeLoris in 1995; four sisters;
and a great-grandson Austin.
Victor will remain in the hearts of his three sons: Gary (Cheryl), Larry & Mike (Jackie) and three daughters: Cindy Wagar (Wayne), Christine Farkas (Terry), Cathy Mortenson (Tim); 9 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren; sister Catherine and brothers: Ted, John & Jerry (Rosemary); many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
