Grandpa its been a year since you passed and I am still feeling empty without my Grampy I Love and miss you, You never will be forgotten!!!

Grandpa it has been really hard not having you around. I regret not being  able to see you more often you are and were a beautiful soul that will live on through us all tell Grandma Jennie I love her and miss her too with all my love Danielle.

I will always remember and cherish my memories with my Uncle Wayne,Its interesting the things you remember of your years growing up and how the very things about a person who touched your heart in ways that are imprinted in your mind and heart, when I was a little girl Uncle Wayne would sing to us around the camp fire @ Grandpa & Grandmas Lake Home. I remember being at Uncle Wayne & Diane's for a Holiday or just a visit and we would be in the basement listening to his music , looking at his guitar and always begging him to sing to us. He was #1 at singing "Jeremiah was a bullfrog" (Joy to the world),500 miles from home( Bobby Bare),Endless memories. When I was older uncle Wayne would come over to the floor I work on @Unity Hospital and would update me on family members who were in the hospital. I will forever remember his smile and his squinting eyes that twinkle. I remember not long ago he sharing with me the love he has for his Grandchildren, when he updated me on them he had such a excitement in his voice for those near and those he did not get to see as often. 
You will be forever in my mind in Heart, please Uncle Wayne say hello to Dad and Give Grandpa& Grandma a big hug and kiss for me.

Dearest Neighbor....
I remember the days...when you would come over to my house and sit on the stoop with MY Dad, have a beer and play the guitars.  I remember you ALWAYS catching me in your house while you and Diane were gone.  I always thought I was hid pretty well, but you always "found" me! (I never ever meant ANY disrespect being in your house....just loved hanging with the kids and "Rockin out"!!  I remember how, when I was Scared because it was storming outside, and MY parents weren't home, you let me come into your home and hang til well past midnight.  Always watching something good and popcorn!  YOU made Me feel SAFE.  Thank You.  And one last thing.....I remember how one day Danny, Lori, Glenn, and I Took a walk down the block.  Some "Antagonistic" (LOL)  neighbor kid threw a pear at us.  I...being ME....picked it up and whipped it back.  Bad thing was it went thru their front door window in the *exact shape of a pear!!!  Well..we...all scared and all, headed to the woods for, oooh ....lets say....about SIX HOURS!!  Needless to say when we got back home, and sat on the curb in front of Ridge's, You were none too pleased!  This is when you uttered THEE most famously remembered lines of all times:  "Danny and Lori....I want you two to get into the house and CLEAN IT!!!   AND......When you're done cleaning it....CLEAN IT AGAIN!!!  OMG you were so mad, but so funny as well!  That is how I choose to remember you...The Guy that had a sense of humor, The Guy who loved to play the Guitar, The guy that made me feel Safe in the Storm!
YOU, Sir....WILL be MISSED!! Rest In Peace.

Dear friend.  You and Diane were there for me so many times.  Even though we haven't seen you much in the last few years, Walt will miss jamming with you and I'll miss your friendship

Daddy, I miss you so much. What I wouldn't give to have you back.We tried so hard to help you get better and to bring you back home where you belong but we were only able to have one of those. You made it back home with us, you got your wish daddy. I only got half of mine. I love you so much daddy and I pray you are at peace now and no longer in pain. Rest in Peace Grandpa. You were one of the best men I ever knew. Our lives and hearts are empty now that you are no longer here on earth with us. The only thing getting me through this is knowing you are up in heaven watching over us and not in any pain anymore. God got an amazing angel the day you left us, and an amazing guitar player. Love you Grandpa and miss you every second of every day.
You were the best Grandpa anyone could ever ask for.

So sorry to hear of Waynes passing. Although we did not know him well, he charmed and entertained us many nights at Haycreek Campground. I'm sure heaven is rocking with Wayne and Barry together again. Our deepest sympathy to Diane and family. Jan and Jim Schallow

I am so sorry to hear about Wayne !! He had called me a few months ago with some questions and I had seen him a couple other times in the past few years. He was a great guy and one of the BEST Bowlers in Minnesota and a CBA CHAMPION
