So deeply saddened by your family's tragic loss. As a parent I can only imagine your suffering. I wish you solace in your memories, reminding you that you were good to your cherished daughter. May she rest in peace.

To Brittney's parents, I am so sorry to hear about this awful tragedy. Nothing I can say or for that matter anyone else can undo or change the past. For whatever reason, some people are only on the face of the earth for a short time, but I know you will see you daughter again in heaven. You will be reunited someday and that day will be glorious. 
Your daughter will watch over you the rest of your lives and her love will always be with you.

I live just two blocks away from where Brittney died, and I pass by her memorial almost everyday, and it is apparent how many lives she touched. Although I did not know her, I teach high school, and can only imagine the devastation  of losing somebody who had already spread such joy to those she knew  in her 18 years and who was just embarking on a bright future. From what I have been able to learn about her, she was a beautiful young woman outside and inside, full of life and energy and kindness and love. 
I will continue to pray for your family in this difficult time.

I have only cried twice while reading or watching news stories. The first time was during the 9 11 attacks on the WTC and now this week when I first read about Brittney. SO senseless.
