Elaine was born November 16, 1979 in Memphis, Tennessee to Robert Burleigh and Cynthia Freudiger. She attended Ridgeway elementary, and graduated from Ridgeway High School in Memphis in 1998. In 1999, she moved to Dallas where Elaine attended KeKino Massage Institute. Cocoa Beach was a very special place to her, and she spent may wonderful times with her father and sister Katie, during her childhood years. In 2008, she married Inocencio " Chacho" Gonzalez in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She would have spent every day on the beach if possible, but since she could not, she brought the beach inside her home where she loved making delicious meals for her family and friends. Elaine was always sure that each person felt her joy while in their home. In June 2011, their daughter Anabelle was born and was welcomed by wonderful parents who, of course, were thrilled to have a precious little girl. Anabelle became the light of their world. Elaine considered being a wife and mother to be a blessing. She grew into a strong and wise woman, but never stopped being the funny, full of zest and verve young woman she was.
Elaine was very quick to put people at ease with her quick beautiful smile and sweet southern way. She loved her family fiercely, and never gave up on anyone. She was loved by us and in her well lived life she leaves such a legacy.
She is preceded in death by her father Robert Burleigh and Grandmother Lillian Scott.
