Cassandra Marie Muldrew was born on November 12, 1963 in San Diego, California to Arlene Hall and Louis Compton. On Tuesday, March 5, 2019, Cassandra passed away at age 55.
She had four passions in life: her children and her husband, writing, her Lord, and helping people. She would probably say that her greatest accomplishment in life was her children. She cherished her children and her husband, Travan who she married in 2009, so much. Although she did not graduate from high school, she did earn a GED in 2018, and she loved to write. She wrote poems and had a desire to write a book about her life. Cassandra loved the Lord Jesus because He delivered her when no one else could. She learned early to quickly assess people and was a very good judge of character. She loved people for who they were. And she loved helping them. Her caring personality was tailor-made for working in her preferred profession, home healthcare.
Cassandra was preceded in death by one daughter, Hattie Sampson. She is survived by her husband Travan Muldrew, and four children, Kimberly Hines, Linda Mancha, Kenneth Sampson and Keenen Sampson. She has more than ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by one sister, three brothers and several aunts and uncles.
She will be terribly missed, but her life and her stories are indelibly written and will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
