Deborah brought a light into the world with her immense kindness, charity to others, unwavering loyalty, and infectious laughter. She had a servant's heart and put tireless efforts to charities including Relay for Life, local food banks, and many others. Deborah always took pride in her contributions to her community yet never sought recognition.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Floyd Rick Counter.
Deborah is survived by her son, Rick Counter and wife April Hardin; husband Barry Price, and her siblings Ruth Jean Bellinger, Barbara Jeanette Mims, and Donald Lee Hollingsworth, Jr along with her nieces Krissy Myers and Lindsey Perea (Bellinger).
A Social Gathering for Deborah will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers, 211 W Ave B, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Copperas Cove.
