

Sergeant First Class Keith R. Tucker passed away in Killeen, TX on December 16, 2014. He has served in the US Army since October 1995. SFC Tucker deployed in support of his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom from October 2005 to September 2006 and again from October 2007 to October 2008 where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He recently returned to Killeen, TX from a 5 month special assignment for the Global War on Terrorism, Kandahar, Afghanistan.
SFC Tucker's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3), Army Achievement Medal (5), Army Good Conduct Medal (6), National Defense Service Medal (2), Iraq Campaign Medal (2) with campaign stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, and many ribbons and expert badges.
SFC Keith R Tucker is survived by his wife Erin, son Kayne and daughter Mykala of Copperas Cove, TX; son Tre’ of Columbus, GA; parents Doreen and Edward Tucker of Lusby, MD; brothers Royce of Midland, TX and Branden of Abilene, TX; grandfather Wayne Simons of Springview, NE; and grandmother Genelle Tucker of Moultrie, GA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Roscoe Tucker of Moultrie, GA and Nancy Simons of Springview, NE.
US Army and Family are hosting a memorial service in honor of SFC Keith R Tucker on Tuesday December 23, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Central Texas State Veterans cemetery, Killeen, Texas with full military honors. Family and friends can gather for visitations between the hours of 0900 and 1200 on Tuesday.
