Nora De Alcala

Nora de Alcala of Killeen, Texas, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 52. Nora, as she was known by family and friends, is preceded in death by her father David de Alcala Jr. and her mother Julia de Alcala.

Nora is survived by her three daughters as follows; Vanessa Garcia-Pineda, Gladys Y. Guillen, and Julianna Vasquez. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren as follows; Brianna, Daniel, and Gabriel Munoz. EJ, Trey and Chloe Pineda. Araceli Guillen, Annette Garcia, and Mariana Rivera.

Nora is survived by her sister Norma de Alcala of Killeen, Texas.

Nora was a retired homemaker. She loved cooking and shopping at HEB or Walmart. Her family was the most important part of her life. Nora always had a smile on her face no matter who she encountered until her final day. She was, and always will be, loved and will greatly be missed.

A memorial service, celebration of life, will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove Texas on 31 August from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Cremation will take place on 30 August and scattering of the ashes thereafter. The family is grateful for the condolences.
