A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Richard Bruce Winters is set for 3:00 pm Friday at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors.
Family will receive friends Friday from 2:00 pm to service time.
Bruce died November 11, 2025, at Cornerstone Health and Rehab. He was born on October 18, 1958, he was a farmer and served in the National Guard for several years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Cody Winters.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Harris (Byrce); grandchildren, Rachel, Annabelle, Holly Snow, Chloe Blasingame and Grayson Harris; and a host of other family and friends.
