Linda Joyce Coln

Linda Coln, 79, went to rest in her eternal home on Friday, October 24, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born June 17, 1046 to the late Edward and Katie McCluskey South.

Ms. Coln was a member of Brigman Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and decorating anything whether it was a bedroom or your favorite cake. She was a woman of many talents, an excellent homemaker, known to go above and beyond for others, and was dedicated and proud of her family. She will be forever missed by her family, community and friends.

Ms. Coln was welcomed home by her parents; brother, Charles South; and sister, Helen Johnson.

Ms. Coln leaves behind her legacy, husband of 54 years, Ralph Coln; son, Jason Coln (Natosha); grandchildren, Alexander Coln and Haley Wheeler; sisters, Barbara Hutson (O'Neal) and Margaret Hopkins; and a host of extended family and friends.

There is a Celebration of Life Service scheduled for Monday, October 27, 2025 at McPeters Funeral Directors beginning at two o'clock in the afternoon. The family will receive friends from twelve o'clock until service time.
