A Celebration of Life Service for Linda Gail Petty, 80, is set for 3:00 pm Sunday at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Warren Jones. Burial will follow in the West Tenn State Veterans Cemetery. A Family and Friends Gathering will be Sunday from 1:00 to service time.
Linda died February 6, 2025 at MS Care Center. She was born March 2, 1944 in Alcorn Co. to the late Boyd and Velma Roach. She lived her married life in the Memphis area until moving back to Corinth, after the death of her husband. She worked for Disney Warehouse in Memphis and Walgreens. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy R. “Bill” Petty; her parents; brother, Don Roach; and sisters, Hortense Sims (David), Ruthie Fleming and Carleane Harvey (Elbert).
She is survived by her brother, Danny Roach (Brenda); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
