Sharon died July 16, 2023 surrounded by her family at Magnolia Regional Health Center. A family and friends gathering will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home, 613 Bunch St, Corinth, Mississippi 38834.
She was born August 7, 1952 in Victoria, TX., to the late J. C. and Mary Jo Harvill. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School, then attended and graduated from Paris Junior College. Sharon and her family moved to Corinth in 1983 to work for Kimberly Clark, where she made her home here with her two daughters. She was retired from Renasant Insurance Co. She enjoyed traveling, photography, working in her flowerbeds, but most of all spending time with her grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Stan Wigginton; daughters, Penny Dean (Matt) and Jamie Jones (Jay); grandsons, Cooper Jones, John Henry Jones, Tripp Jones and Sam Dean; brother, Johnny Harvill (Sharon): sister, Deborah “Babe” Walters; ; and a host of other family and friends.
