Steve Edward Glidewell

Funeral Services for Steve Glidewell will be 1pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Dixon officiating. Visitation will be held from 11am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Magnolia Gardens.

Steve passed away November 16, 2025 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Ripley. He was born on January 19, 1956 in Corinth to the late Troy and Dorothy Glidewell. Steve worked as a mechanic in the automotive industry. Steve was also an avid outdoorsman, loving hunting and fishing. Most importantly, Steve enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, family, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Glidewell, Gary Glidewell and Jerry Glidewell; and grandson, Treston Ferris.

Steve is survived by his son, Brandon Glidewell (Blair); daughter, Amanda Glidewell (Mike Bunnell); grandchildren, Baylen Glidewell, Beckett Glidewell, Layla Bunnell, and Zayden Bunnell; brothers, Ronnie Glidewell and Randy Glidewell; sisters, Sheila Glidewell, Cheryl Shook (Philip) and Sharon Seals (Daniel); sister in law, Jeanette Glidewell; and mother of his children, Ann Glidewell.

Pallbearers include Sammy James, Ricky Clark, Terry Clark, Kenneth Duncan, Christian Morgan, Micheal Bunnell, and Cody Brock. Honorary Pallbearer is Hershell Brock.
