

Syble Ann Pearson, 86, of Corinth, went to rest in her eternal home on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. She was born Sunday, November 6, 1938 to the late Early P. and Ocie Sweat Kiser in Selmer, TN.
Ms. Pearson was a pillar to her community, spending her time volunteering for various organizations as a fundraiser. She loved baking, her specialty was her famous coconut cake. She attended Selmer High School and worked at the Elk's Lodge in Corinth. She was a devoted family woman; they came first and she always lended a nurturing hand or thought.
Ms. Pearson was greeted in Heaven by her parents; brothers, Roy Kiser and John Kiser; sisters, Nellie Wolfe, Virginia Barnes, Mable McClain, Wilma Kiddy, Kaye Tacker, and Dorothy King; and grandson, Bo Hughes.
Ms. Pearson leaves behind her legacy of sons, John Leatherwood, Keith Leatherwood (Sun), Tim Pearson (Lisa), Michael Pearson (Sherry), Skipper Pearson, and Champ Pearson; daughters, Robbie Hughes and Meddena Green (Tommy); grandchildren, Sky Arnold (Briar), Josh Hughes (Lauren), LeighAnn Leatherwood, Willy Leatherwood (Laura), and Wesley Leatherwood; sister, Shirley Moore; brother Larry Kiser; several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 from five o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening at McPeters Funeral Directors. A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, August 24, 2025 beginning at two o'clock in the afternoon, with the family receiving friends beginning at one o'clock until service time. A graveside service will follow at Henry Cemetery.
