Tim was born in Corinth on November 14, 1963 to the late Joe Lloyd and Vera Mae Dixon. He was a 1982 graduate of Corinth High School, a 1984 graduate of Northeast Community College and a 1986 graduate of the Mississippi State University. He worked in the insurance industry as an adjuster.
He is survived by his sister, Diane Kimmons (Mike); niece, Madison Welzbacher; nephew, Reid Dixon; and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Vera Mae Dixon; and his brother, Mike Dixon.
