Virginia Wagner

Visitation will be tonight from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wagner died Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in Finger, TN on June 12, 1942 to the late Ray and Jewel Heathcock. She was a member of The Church of the Cossroads and loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Gilbert Wagner, Sr., a son; Gilbert Wagner, Jr., and two-brother in laws; Dexter Cornelius and Jimmy Latch.

Mrs. Wagner is survived by her son; Johnny (Marilyn) Wagner of Rienzi, two daughters; Donna (Robert Thornton) Jones of Lakeland, FL and Vickie Dixon of Rienzi. She has five sisters; Barbara (Robert) Harmon, Dale (Randy) Cornelius, Brenda Cornelius, Sandra Latch, Tina (Herbie) Rogers all of Corinth. She has eight grandchildren; Shaunda (Scotty) Elam, Brandon (Latasha) Vaughn, Kristie (Chad) McGill, Falicia (Donald) Smith, Ryan (Courtney) Wagner, Kaleb Wagner, Dyllan Jones, Austin Jones and Whitney Marsh. Mrs. Wagner also leaves behind a host of great-grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
