William Sidney Burns Jr.

Mr. Burns died on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at his residence. He was born on February 11, 1976 in Memphis to William Sidney Sr. and Patsy Langham Burns. Wil enjoyed cleaning up vehicles, deer hunting, spending time with his family, and loved his “child”, Dozer.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Delbert Ray Burns; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Langham.

Along with his parents, Wil is survived by one brother, Ronnie Bowen of Picayune, MS; his paternal grandmother, Betty Jean Burns and a host of friends.

A Gathering to Celebrate the Life of William Sidney “Wil” Burns, Jr. of Michie is set for 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 19, 2013 at McPeters Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Copeland and Bro. James Hardin officiating. Burial will be in the Farmington Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from noon till service time at the funeral home.
