He will be Forever missed by his loving Wife and Best Friend, Paulette Marsolais. Beloved son of Gerald and Georgette Bruyère (née Loiselle).
Dan was the cherished brother of Denis Bruyère (Shelley) and Diane Bruyère. He will also be greatly missed by his brothers-in-law; Marcel, Maurice, Michael (Karen), Roger (Kathy), Paul (Elaine), and Noël (Abby), and by his sisters-in-law; Madeline (Stephen), Monique (Clermont), and Shannon. He was predeceased by his brothers-in-law, Raymond (late Bonnie) and Rheal. Dan leaves behind 20 nieces and nephews, 27 great-nieces and great-nephews, and 7 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.
In keeping with Dan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan, West Branch (20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall). An Urn Committal Service will be held at Notre-Dame Cemetery (17945 South Branch Road, Cornwall) on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
