Born in Cornwall, Ontario on March 6th, 1968, Donald was the loving son of Shelia Cashion and the late Carl MacDougall. He was the beloved husband to Rachelle Valois, and cherished stepfather to Brandyn Dickie (Fiona). Dear brother to Bryan MacDougall (Ann) and Karen Rochon (Mike). Donald is predeceased by his brother Blaine MacDougall, and his sister Catherine “Cathy” Lauzon (late Glenn). He will be missed dearly by his niece, as well as his great-niece and great-nephew.
A Celebration of Donald’s Life will be held on Friday, May 1st, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home - West Branch (20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
