Suddenly on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Cornwall Community Hospital- McConnell Site. Mr. Dwayne Addison of Cornwall; age 73 years. Predeceased by his mother, Agnes Addison. Forever loved by Muriel and Stuart Middleton. Cherished brother of Melanie Rose, Jennifer Jarvis and Andy Pantazopoulos. Dear Uncle of Ashton, Kayla and Calie. Dwayne will be missed by many friends whose lives he has touched over the years. He was a kind man with many wonderful qualities, who enjoyed the little things in life like giving high fives and trains.

Funeral Tuesday, March 15, 2016 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. The family will be in attendance from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until time of Service on Tuesday.
