My most sincere condolences to your family. I am incredible blessed to have called Big Lisa my friend, a role model and sister.  In the short time she had here on earth, she left her mark on my heart that I will always be blessed to keep dear. Coaching her in my gym was some of the best memories we shared together. You could always count on Lisa to kick butt and take names all while smiling. On Friday we had to do an ice cream run as a much earned reward.
