Gilbert Billard

BILLARD, Gilbert - Peacefully on Thursday, March 3, 2022. He was 87. Loving husband of Darlene (Montroy) Billard. Loving father of Raymond Billard (Tabetha) and step-father of the late Nicole Michaud. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Justin and Emily Billard and step-grandchildren, Shelley and Joshua Michaud. Loving brother of Bruno Billard (late Margo). Gilbert will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, William and Eva (Labelle) Billard and his sister Jeanette Billard and his twin sister Lena (late Harry Montroy). His contagious smile and quick wit will be missed but not forgotten. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. All services are private. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the OSPCA-SD&G would be appreciated by the family.
