SCHILT, Grietje “Grace“ (Swart) – At Heartwood Long Term Care on Thursday February 9, 2017. She was 88. She leaves her loving husband of 64 years, Daam Schilt. Dear mother of Martin Schilt (Helen), Diane DeRooy (Albert) and Robert Schilt (Mary Lou). Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren, Jennifer (Dave), Daniel (Laura), Cassandra (Michael), Corey (Lorena), Kristen, Jordan (Vicki), Justin, Blair and 4 great grandchildren, Jackson, Madelyn, Grayson and Macie. Survived by one sister, Karla Kuiper (late Jacobus). Predeceased by her parents, Bauke and Ytje (Teertstra) Swart and one brother Gerben Swart (late Carla), Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Tuesday February 14, 2017 from 9am until time of funeral in the chapel at 11am. Reverend Dr. Fred H. Rennie officiating. Committal, Memorial Hill Cemetery, Lunenburg, in the spring.
