McLEAN, Hubert – Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Cornwall Hospice on Saturday, April 18, 2015. Hubert Clayton McLean of Cornwall, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie (Hamilton) McLean. Loving father of Richard (Karen) McLean of Cornwall, Margaret (Gordon) Kehoe of Cornwall, Thomas (Mitch) McLean of Cornwall and Stephen (Denise) McLean of Kingston. Cherished grandfather of Jason, Carrie, Melanie, Shawn, Scott, Allison, Gordon and Mark. Great-grandfather of Teisha, Tiffany, Katelyn, Kaylee, Micaela, Brandon, Caitlyn, Kiannah, Austin, Owen and Karter. Survived by two sisters Marlene (Roy) Meldrum of Chesterville and Doreen (late John) Kirkwood of Prescott. Son of the late Garnet McLean and the late Ida “Minnie” (Jamieson) McLean. Predeceased by one sister Donalda (late Harry) Freeland and by one brother Hilton (late Roma) McLean. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482), from 2 pm Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday, April 22, 2015 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Interment, St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm on Tuesday and 12 Noon until the time of Funeral on Wednesday As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to The Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society or to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
