WILLARD, Iris Yvonne – peacefully at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Wednesday February 21, 2024 at the age of 97 years. Yvonne was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297 (61 years) and Silver Cross Women of Canada. Cherished mother of Wesley Lyle Moore (Georgina) of Cornwall, Bonnie Keitha Champagne (Marcel) of Missisauga and the late John Charles Moore (Diane). Proud grandmother of Jason, Tom, Ryan, Evan, Heather, Kevin, Michael and several great grandchildren. Loving sister of, Kenneth Alguire (Pat) of London and Susie Bodha of Massena. Predeceased by her brothers Eugene Alguire, Russell Alguire, Keith Alguire (the late Alice) and her sisters Lois Hance (Herbert) both of London, Katheryne Archambeault (William). Dear daughter of the late Wesley Oscar Alguire and the late Ida Pearl (née McNamara). Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral.
