Jennifer was proudly born and raised in Scotland, coming to Canada at the age of 14. She enjoyed working at the Cornwall General Hospital for over 20 years.
Lifelong friend of her ex-husband Cecil Benoit.
Loving mother of Donna Benoit and Sandra Benoit (Steve Lavictoire). She leaves behind her grand-puppy Flossy. Dear sister of Yvonne Wannop (late George). Fondly missed and sadly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Rachel (née Laidlow) MacGregor, her sisters Shirley Herdman (Sean) and Heather Grant (late William) as well as her brother Robert MacGregor (Marlene).
In keeping with Jennifer’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2077 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON, on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Jehovah’s Witnesses would be greatly appreciated by the family.
