LAMER, Judith Katherine (Lafleur) – At St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre on Thursday October 19, 2017. She was 71. Loving mother of Lori Gibeau (Marc) and Karen Lamer (Joslin Dutremble). Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren, Alexx, Lauren, Logan, Cameron and 3 step-grandchildren, Adam, Cody and Austin. Predeceased by her parents, Lawrence McPhail and Agnes Eamer and her former husband the late Armand Lamer Jr. Friends are requested to assemble at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall on Thursday October 26, 2017 for Funeral Mass at 11am. Rite of Committal to follow at St. Columban’s Parish Cemetery. Heartfelt thanks go out to all of the caring people at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre for the wonderful care extended to mom. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations (by cheque) to St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre or to the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
