Loving father of Lisa Lapierre (Luc) and Joshua Avery (Courtney Belanger). Cherished grandfather of Avery, Carson and Madison Lapierre and Dante Avery. Dear brother of Shirley Pilon (Robert), Barbara Martel (Glenn), Joan Groleau (Richard) and Betty Avery. Dear son of the late Gordon Avery and the late Velma Scott. Predeceased by his brother Donald Avery (late Elaine). Survived by his chosen daughter Brigitte McLean (nee Mondoux), and his brothers-in-law, Jean-Claude Groleau (Gaetane) and Daniel Mondoux (late JoAnne) and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm and from 12:30 pm until time of Funeral on Monday. Funeral Monday, November 21, 2016 for Mass of Christian Burial in Ste. Thérèse de Lisieux Church at 2 pm.
