Madeleine Clara (Godard) Brown

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ronald Brown, and her parents, Irene (née Coleman) and Fabien Godard.

Madeleine will be lovingly remembered by her children, Brian Brown (Joanne), Cindy Delgreco (Larry), and Barry Brown (Tanis); her grandchildren, Jordan (Brian), Taylor (Chase), Tanner (Sarah), Wade (Alivia), Avery, Kyle, and Camden; and her great-grandchildren, Maci, Blake, Mia, Quinn, and Jamie.

She will also be dearly missed by her sisters, Diane Lapierre (Claude) and Pauline Fairthorne (Tony), as well as many extended family members and friends.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Winchester Memorial Hospital for the kindness, compassion, and care they provided to Madeleine and her family during her time there.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes – West Branch (613-932-8482). In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held August 22nd, 2026. The family invites friends to join them at the Masonic Lodge (11 Memorial Square, Ingleside) on August 22nd from 12-3pm to share their memories.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Madeleine’s memory may be made to Winchester Memorial Hospital.
