Nicholas Pavlakovich

PAVLAKOVICH, Nicholas – Passed away peacefully, with family by his side at Hospice Cornwall on Friday May 23, 2025. Nicholas “Nick” Pavlakovich of Cornwall; age 74 years. Loving husband of Nancy Pavlakovich (Née Chartrand). Cherished father of Adam Pavlakovich (Farrah), and step-father of Julie Ryan (Alex) and Karen Ryan (Samantha). Adoring grandfather of Avery Pavlakovich, Cameron and Mackenzie Ryan, as well as great-grandfather of Tinaye and Everly. Nicholas is survived by his brother Ed Frankovich and sister Winnie Fric. Dear son of the late Nicholas Pavlakovich and the late Ljuba Doijcic. Nick will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends. The family wishes to express a Heartfelt Thank You to the staff at the Ottawa General Hospital, Cornwall Community Hospital and Hospice Cornwall for all the wonderful care he received. The family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh St West (613-932-8482) on Saturday June 14, 2025 from 9 am until time of service. A Memorial Service will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 12 noon. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall or Children’s Treatment Centre would be appreciated by the family.
