ST. PIERRE, Norma (née McDermid) – with deep sorrow, the family announces the passing of Norma Mary Christina St. Pierre on Tuesday March 19, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Gerald St. Pierre. Loving mother of Liane Lebrun (Jean Louis). Cherished grandmother of Johnathan Lebrun (Chelsea Jenna). Dear sister of Mona Veretta (late John), Pat McDermid (Maureen), Timmy McDermid (late Cheryl), Bernadette Desjardins (late George), Patricia Dargue (late Ron), Lori McDermid and Mark McDermid. Predeceased by her parents John and Helena (née O’Farrell) McDermid, her sister Myrna Bruni (Mario) and by her infant sister Sandra Liane and infant brother Michael. Family will be in attendance at M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-1039) on Thursday April 4, 2024 from 9:30 am until time of Service. Service of Remembrance will be held at 11 am in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home. An inurnment will take place in the spring.
