JOHNSTON, Pearl Zella (nee Alguire), At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday December 29, 2013 in her 90th year. Beloved wife and best friend for 62 years to the late Ford Johnston (February 19, 2013). Daughter of the late Elzie and Ethel (MacGregor) Alguire. Survived by her sister Lorna (Jack) White of North York. Aunt to Dorothy Gallinger of Cornwall, Gary Fraser of Toronto, Glen Fraser of Moose Creek and their families. Special Great Aunt to Karen Garlough of Cornwall and close friends Albert and Monique Quenneville of Moose Creek. Predeceased by sisters Florence Tait, Myrtle McIntyre, Thelma Fraser and Dorothy Alguire. In keeping Pearl’s wishes cremation locally and no visitation. Spring interment at Gravel Hill Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
