Réjean Ouimet of Cornwall, former owner of Cornwall's Kitchen Centre a division of Réjean Ouimet Construction Ltd. and a founding member of Knights of Columbus, Assembly Marcel Renaud; age 78. Beloved husband for 53 years of Murielle (Sauvé) Ouimet. Cherished father of Julie (Patrick Swift) (the late Pierre Thibault) of St. Andrews, Martin of Martintown, Lina (Dr. Pierre Bergeron) of Cornwall and Josée (Sylvain Ladouceur) of St. Andrews. Proud grandfather of Justin, Olivier, Alexis, Mariève, Zacharie, Gabrielle, Yanik and Mikaël. Dear brother of Father Gaétan Ouimet of Ottawa, Gérald (Gloria), Denis (Sylvette) both of Cornwall, Normand (Ursula) of Ingleside, Gilbert (Jeannette) of Cornwall and Francine Quesnel (Jean-Paul) of St. Anicet, Québec. Dear son of the late Hermini Ouimet and Lucienne Taillon. Predeceased by his brother Marcel, his sister Yolande and his sister-in-law Agathe Ouimet. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday, April 6, 2016 for Mass of Christian Burial at Ste. Thérèse de Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. Cremation. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral.
