GILLET, Remi Leo – peacefully, at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday April 28, 2025 at the age of 90 years. Remi was the former owner and operator of Remi Gillet & Son Furniture, Past President of the Cornwall Rotary Club (1966-1967) and served 12 years with the Agape Foodbank. Beloved husband of the late June (née Ball) Gillet. Dear father of Remi C. Gillet, Debra Gillet and Renee Vaicekonis (the late Al) all of Cornwall. Proud grandfather of Amanda, Krista, Cole, Brandon, Lianne and several great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482).
