CADIEUX, Rita Mary Georgina – peacefully at Sandfield Place on Sunday February 11, 2024. Rita (née Levac) Cadieux of Cornwall at 81 years of age. Beloved wife of Gérald “Gerry” Cadieux and the late René St. Pierre. Loving mother of Michel St. Pierre (Julie), Lise Gadbois (Tracy) both of Cornwall, Colette St. Pierre of Long Sault and step-mother of Françoise Crosby (Bill) of St. Andrews West and Joanne Brault of London Ont. Proud mémère of Angèle LaSaga (Gary) of Nova Scotia, Justin (Josy), Trent, Liane, Mélanie (John), Mathieu (Marissa), Spencer (Kaitlyn), Mckenzie (Aliecia), Jordan (Carley), Zachary (Patrick) and great mémère of Caleb, Emmitt, Nolan, Marcus, Rowan and Skyla. Cherished sister of Claire Lalonde (Roger), Doreen Lebano (Don), Paul Levac, Jules Levac and Frances Baker (Dennis). Predeceased by her parents Lucien Levac, Yvonne (née Gauthier) Levac and her brothers Rene Levac and Marcel Levac. The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday February 22nd and Friday February 23rd from 9 a.m. until the time of Service. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday February 23, 2024 in St. Thérèse de Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
