Robert James Kikkert

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Robert James Kikkert announce his passing on June 19, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on July 10, 1944, Robert lived a life marked by dedication to his family, steadfast values, and enduring love for those closest to him.

Beloved husband of Janet Kikkert (née Sager), with whom he shared 61 wonderful years of marriage. Loving father of Tim Kikkert (Sarah) and Todd Kikkert (Angel). Proud grandfather of Amy (Brennan), Maggie (Konrad), Ethan, Rorie, and Talen. Cherished great-grandfather of Silas and one great-grandchild on the way.

Robert was predeceased by his parents, Rosalia Kikkert (née Arnese) and Frederick Kikkert. He is survived by his brothers, Frederick Kikkert (late Mildred) and Terry Kikkert (late Marie).

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan West Branch (613-932-8482). In keeping with Robert's wishes, cremation has taken place.
