Shelley St. Andre

Shelley St. Andre (née Tilley), of North Dundas, Ontario, passed away at her residence on September 15, 2026, at the age of 59. Born on August 23, 1967, Shelley will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who knew her.

Shelley was the beloved wife of Chris St. Andre, and a loving mother of Mathew Sawyer, Joshua Tilley, and Katelynn Gorman. She was a proud grandmother of Hayden Colborne and Violet Tilley, and she mourned the loss of her late grandchild, Damian. Cherished daughter of Brenda (née Corrigan) Tilley and the late Peter Tilley. Shelley was also the dear sister of Serena (Shawn) and is survived by her nephews.

Throughout her life, Shelley gave of herself with steady devotion—offering help readily, and extending generosity in ways that made others feel supported and cared for. Her love for her family and friends was evident in both word and action, and her compassion left a lasting imprint on those closest to her. She also held a special place in her heart for her fur baby, Precious, who was a cherished part of her daily life.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
