Stephanie Kaneb

It is with great sadness that we announce that Stephanie passed away peacefully on February 26, 2022 at her home in Montreal. She was surrounded by her loving family and her loyal canine companion, Callie.

Stephanie’s huge heart, beauty, class, and dignity, personified a lifetime of caring for others. She will be deeply missed and forever honoured by all those who knew and loved her.

Stephanie was predeceased by her parents, Wilfred and Mayford (nee Rintoul) Kaneb, her beloved husband Gerry Wasserman, and her brothers and sister-in-law, David Wasserman, Morris and Sureka Rudich.

Stephanie leaves to mourn her step-son Robbie, his wife Jackie and their children Samantha, Cassandra and Sabrina, her siblings, Mark (Julie), Vanessa, Freddy (Lauri) and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy (Leona), Michelle, Tia, Jessika (Julio), Ashley (Rob), Nikki, Chris (Frances), Jenna (Marc), as well as her great-nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Hazel Wasserman, aunt Marilyn Kaneb and her many dear friends and extended family.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
