Loving father of Richard (Ashley Froats) Waugh of Long Sault and Matthew Waugh of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of Eli and Ella. Dear brother of Joan Merpaw and Kelly (Doug) Barkley. Son of the late John Waugh and the late Marjorie Smith. Predeceased by brother John Jr. Waugh and sisters Debbie Waugh, Terry Waugh and Tammy Waugh. Funeral, Saturday, June 22, 2013 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 P.M. The family will be in attendance on Friday from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M. and 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. and Saturday from 12 noon until the time of Funeral.
