I have many memories of Brian. We went to school together and also attended NAU together. 
Brian has a heart of gold and was always there for his friends. He rescued me from weirdos and we would go to the Indian Reservations together. Brian was an Indian at heart with a John Wayne outlook , and loved ice hockey. He was probably the only ice hockey player that could also play beach volleyball. We went to a private concert for the Indians at the old theatre with Jackson Brown and he invited me backstage to sing. Brian enjoyed being in the mountains and near or on the water mostly frozen water(ice). I was not told about Brian’s death or any memorial due to my X husband. It was Gregg Williams that alerted me  Brian  had passed. Brian was a groomsman in my wedding and gave a shocking speech at the rehearsal dinner in typical Loftus style. . My tears fell like rain. I made up a song for Brian . The song is called Bring in the Rein” I have many pictures to share. I hope to speak with “Sud” his younger brother or any of the family members. My deepest sympathy for the unexpected loss of Brian Loftus,Jr and Brian Loftus Sr.  God bless you all . Brian’s body passed but his spirit  lives on.
