Doris was an accomplished teacher and professor of English, and was well loved by her students at local Orange County high schools, colleges, and universities. She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed her involvement with church groups and activities. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was loved by family and friends.
Doris joins her parents and her brothers in heaven. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, grandchildren, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral mass will be held at our Lady Queen of Angels at 10 am on Saturday, November 11, 2017, followed by burial at Pacific View Memorial Park.
