Jeffrey Scott Behrens

BEHRENS, Jeffrey Scott We lost the center of our lives unexpectedly on July 12, 2010. Jeffrey Scott Behrens was a devoted and loving son, brother, husband, and father. He was born on March 25, 1958 in Bellflower, California to his parents, Jean and Don Behrens of Newport Beach, his brother Steve and two older sisters Suzie and Carolyn who fondly called their little brother Jefferoni. Jeff graduated from Corona Del Mar High School, UCLA and Pepperdine Law School. He worked in the legal field as a Contracts Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation in San Diego. Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Gloria and his two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Christina, who were the pride and joy of his life. Jeff was enthusiastically involved in his daughter's sports endeavors which included Sol Basketball and Del Norte High School Basketball. Jeff was a deep thinker, an avid history buff who enjoyed long walks and weekend excursions. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 18 at the Pacific View Memorial Park & Mortuary, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA (949-644-2700) (www.pacificviewcalifornia.com).
