Louise W. Smith, 70, passed away in the comfort of her home on Thursday, October 24, 2013, with her loving family by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Harry Smith, M.D., and parents, George and Virginia Peters. She is survived by her sister, Cora Horger; brother, George Peters; niece, Robin Sirven, and nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Louise was born and raised in Newport Beach, attended Harbor High School and Orange Coast College. She loved animals and especially her Bijons, "Bijou" and "LaLa". She was an avid golfer and also enjoyed decorating her home and selling real estate in the Newport area.
A funeral service for Louise will be held at Pacific View Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. on October 29, 2013.
