He was educated at UCLA and received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering.
After college, he worked for Flour Corporation and Ford Aerospace as an Aerospace engineer.
He participated in World War II on the Asian Front as a pilot for the Flying Tigers.
He was pre-deceased by his wife Mary Alice and his son Doug.
He is survived by his daughter-Bobbie, granddaughters-Danielle and Stephanie and great-granddaughters-Safia and Talia.
His memorial service will be held at Pacific View Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona del Mar, California on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM.
