Alicia will always be remembered as the most loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, God mother and friend to all who she knew. Her greatest accomplishment will always be her beautiful family. She always enjoyed teaching anyone willing to listen to her life lessons. Always taking every opportunity to volunteer in all school activities with her children, nieces and nephews. She also ran her own business, Alicia's Balloons and Floral, for more than 20 years.
She has now been reunited with loved ones including her parents Isidro and Carmen Luis and nephew Luis J. Cerda. She is Survived by her loving husband Jose A. Medina; Two sons Steven L. Medina (Alexandrea) and Gerald L. Medina (Consuelo); brother Juan Luis (Rebecca) and sister Yolanda Cerda (Roberto); Six Grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and God children.
A visitation for Alicia will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX 78415. A holy rosary will occur Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX 78415. An interment will occur Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX 78415.
Pallbearers will be Martin Medina, Gustavo Medina, Roberto Cerda, Roberto M. Cerda, Luis Gonzalez, Michael Perez and Raymond Rodriguez.
Honorary Pallbearers will be her husband Jose A. Medina; sons Steven L. Medina and Gerald L. Medina.
