Antonio Carrillo, age 64, died peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on September 26, 2021 after a courageous battle with liver disease. Antonio was born January 22, 1957 in San Patricio County, Texas to Sergio Duran Carrillo and Clementina (Ramon) Carrillo and was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He
attended Moody High School and soon after moved to Houston, Texas to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. Antonio married his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth Deleon Carrillo in 1974.
Antonio is preceded in death by his parents, Sergio and Clementina Carrillo; brother, John Paul Carrillo.
Antonio is survived by his wife, Elizabeth D. Carrillo; his daughter Valerie Margenau; his sons Tony Carrillo,Jr. and Christopher Carrillo; his siblings: Mary Lou Rodriguez (Arnold Rodriguez), Armando Carrillo (Elena Carrillo), Alejandra Leach (Russell N. Leach), Alfonso Carrillo (Patricia Carrillo); his (paternal grandparents) Sergio Carrillo, Sr. (Alejandra Ontiveros), his (maternal grandparents) Cipriano G. Ramon, Sr. (Angelita C. Ramon); grandchildren: Madilyn Carrillo, Randi Carrillo, Jeremy Chamorro, Larissa Margenau; his great-grandchildren: Jazzlyn Pramus, Jada Pramus, and Jace Pramus.
Antonio is survived by many other family and friends. He worked hard before he retired and he played just as hard! He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Astros fan till the end. He was a loyal soul, and he will truly be missed.

Funeral service on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Everhart, 4901 Everhart Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas, followed by Interment at 12:00 p.m. at San Pedro Cemetery, HWY 77 South 2 miles from Odem, CR 2095 Junction, Odem, Texas.
